কথা ছিলো একটি কা্ব্যিক জীবনের–
যোনীগন্ধী জলাভূমি ও যৌথ অভয়ারন্য
সোনালী রৌদ্রের জলে শিশুতোষ ডুবসাঁতার।
এ সবই ছিলো মিথ্যে– অনেক অনেক দিন পরে
স্বপ্নেরা মরিচিকা আর্থসামাজিক অযুহাতে।
একটি মহামারী বাজালে যুদ্ধের ভেরী
সভ্যতার মোড়ক খুলে দেখি
তোমাদের আন্তরিক ভন্ডামি।
প্রমিথিউস সপরিবারে
ঘুমায় শান্তির ইনকিউবেটরে
যা কিনা গনতান্ত্রিক শক্তির উৎস
সঙ-বেদনশীল ভোটব্যাংক।
প্রতিশ্রুত-ভুমির পাপাচারে যে সহযোদ্ধারা বেছে ন্যায় আর্কেডিয়া অভিবাসন
তাঁরা আজ উন্নত সুবিধার কবরের খোঁজে
ওরা বলে– তাঁরা নাকি অশিক্ষা আর দাসত্বের বীজ বুকে
মরেছিলো সোনালী মানুষের দেশে।
আমাদের বোধ মরে গ্যাছে উদ্ভট উচ্চশিক্ষা ও মুনাফার নেশায়
রাজনীতির দাসেরা আজ মুক্তির গান শোনায়।

A pandemic, said to be the prelude to the WWIII, gradually unleashes the suppressed human instincts exiled in the name of civilisation. Their eminence, that defined them as the most supreme species in the galaxy till the date, is well fitted into the RNA or DNA of a virus.
Our fellow fighters, dreamers and visionaries who have left the promised land– out of frustration, for a better life or whatever– are not spared even in the Arcadia. Observers say they have dragged the history of slavery, mal-educado and an underdeveloped psyche all the way out there.
The bony Prometheuses, who have snatched fire from the tyranny, along with their offspring are drugged and lulled asleep into the incubators of soothing dreams– being used as the power supply of the system.
Only the system and its agents are amassing wealth, power and influence exploiting every occasion, situation and the power banks.
As the pandemic goes on– the society, social and news media are contaminated with rumours, engineered information, agents and self-proclaimed Messiahs– misguiding even the people with the highest academic degrees indulging into the bliss of ignorance. Ignorance, inversely, is bliss only for the self-taught geeks who relentlessly acquire knowledge and wisdom exploiting it.
The practice of active thinking, on the other hand, is murdered in a planned way long before in many known and unknown ways. A few common scenarios are– the poor are kept under lower income and more hunger as they fall into the infinite loop of achieving basic needs sans better understanding the reality they are living in. The lower-, lower-middle class are drugged with contaminated higher education, false social status of political slavery and by institutionalising their petty corruption in administrative jobs. The elites are given wide opportunity of mass corruption and amassing more illegal wealth.
The history repeats itself; in different packages claiming to be the most unique and ultimate solution. The history of human civilisation, in most of the cases, accustomed to doing ‘revolutions’ (Red, Green, Blue, Fanaticism, Fascism...etc.) ‘uprooting tyranny’ or at best reestablishing ‘democracy’. But the people in power, till the date, dedicated themselves for personal, religious, political and financial freedom ignoring the root– Humans; to be precise the human psychology that finds entertainment in social, political and financial power practice.
Like the past, an anarchy or World War may trigger a change in the world order. The change may seem to be the ultimate solution but that will soon collapse due to the ignorance of political, social, religious and scientific figures around the globe.
The intelligence of a species must not be counted by the financial or technological advancement. It’s the time to reconsider everything. It’s time to understand the thinking and rewarding systems of Homo sapiens, their philosophy and psyche. Other than the next hypothetical evolution of the human species will fall in the same pitfall of eternal ignorance.
The practice of criticising a particular government or person will not bring any effective and tangible results; at all. A critical thinker must bear in mind that even the most powerful government or influential individual is the pawn of a well established system based on utilising the human ignorance and malpractices deep rooted in the society.
